We are a values-driven social enterprise operating in Tierp Municipality, just north of Uppsala.
Our organization is structured as an economic association (cooperative). We work to empower neurodivergent individuals (those with ADHD, autism spectrum, etc) and believe in employee agency—that everyone should have the opportunity to do more of what they excel at. Many of us at Spektra are autistic and/or have ADHD.
